Hello there. I think it have been a long time I'm not updating this blog. Sorry to my beloved readers. Hehe for this entry I'm going to share about health. I've got this information after I've read Health Today magazines.
Do you suffer from painful mouth ulcers?
Yes i do. I love to eat. Commonly it happen when I accidentally bite inside of my cheek especially when I eat. Sometimes, it happen when I lack of drink water.
Usually I drink about 4-5 litres per day. So if I drink less than that, I have to face this problem! ULCERS!
I've read Health Today magazine.
Well, below is the following steps to reduce the frequency of mouth ulcers:
• brush your teeth twice a day.
• use a mouthwash between meals.
• avoid certain foods that you may think may be causing mouth ulcers.
• learn to relax and manage stress
• visit your dentist regularly to treat problems like dental fillings
• eat vitamin-rich food especially fresh fruit and vegetables.
These steps will help you guys to get of it as quickly as possible. I don't like sick! Don't you? I've forgot one more thing. If you have mouth ulcer that is very painful, and it is not healing after 3 weeks please consult your dentist or doctor. Take note guys!
